Here’s what we’re looking for:
🧑🍳 𝘽𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙧: someone with baking experience (within the industry preferred but happy to chat with experienced home bakers) that is available for 2-3 shifts between Monday-Friday. This person will be training in macaron shell production, creation of our house made inclusions, and filling and/or packaging macarons for retail, wholesale, and private client orders. This is a physical job that does require standing for the full day.
🧑🍳 𝙋𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙮 𝘼𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙩: no baking or kitchen experience required, but it is definitely a plus! At a minimum, this person would have a passion for pastries and be willing to learn the ins-and-outs of working on a kitchen team. Ideally need someone 3-4 shifts between Monday-Friday, which includes filling and packaging macarons for retail, wholesale, and custom orders, as well as helping create the components we use in our cookies (caramels, curds, buttercreams, etc.). This is a physical job that requires standing for at least half of the shift.
Hours for both positions can be somewhat flexible depending on scheduling needs, however our team is typically in production mode Monday-Friday between 9am to 5pm, so availability must be within that window. Pay is dependent on experience.
