Good morning friends 🌞. 🚨Long post warning 🚨

See the gal in the top picture? She was a single mom of an 11 year old boy, 41 years old, 340 pounds and led everyone to believe she was living her life and killing it 😳🤯. The truth of the matter is I was dying inside, literally tired ALL OF THE TIME, had recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, suffered with severe sleep apnea, and my self-esteem was at an all-time low. 🖤☠️

Now look at the gal in the bottom picture. She is almost 58 years old, the mom of a phenomenal 28 year old son, 145 pounds and is truly KILLING IT in life! I have so much energy it’s unbelievable, my type 2 diabetes is in remission, my sleep apnea is wayyyyyy improved and my self-esteem is off the charts! 🌞🎉🙌🏻🔥❤️💚
