The Brisket Burger!
In a nod to our friends over at Tavern 307 we created our own version of the rodeo burger.
We piled smoked brisket high on top of our big bacon smashburger and slathered it with sweet baby ray’s and some of Speedy’s Carolina Gol sauce. We added some final pizazz with a modest portion of tanglers on top. Happy fourth and stay safe during rodeo week! We’ll be here serving up hot favorites all for you guys staying busy!
