Happy 4th of July from the Rosie's family!

Rosie's father originally promised her mother they would only stay in America for five years. Today, we are incredibly thankful that they decided to stay a lifetime. Wishing you all a beautiful holiday filled with family, friends, and great food.

Rosie's Trattoria will be closed **Friday July 3rd through Monday July 6th** reopening Tuesday July 7 as our team takes a short break to spend time with family and celebrate the holiday.

The new grill has officially caused some trouble in paradise. 🔪

Bringing a massive new charcoal setup into the kitchen was not exactly a smooth process. When it did not fit through the door, Giuseppe decided to pull out a saw, cut the frame, and fire up the coals immediately. While the installation might have been a nightmare for the rest of the team, the final result is completely worth the chaos. The steaks coming off this grill are packed with a bold, rich flavor that we cannot wait for you to try.
