Monday I went out on Torch with my sweet friend, Lisa, and her hubby, Bob, along with their daughter Melissa and her two adorable girls. We missed having Austin with us, (darn work).😉

It was a nice boat ride down, from Dewitt Marine to the Sandbar, and back with a few sprinkles of rain, which didn’t dampen our experience. We ate delicious burgers at , home of the original Burger Barge.

It was so nice to meet with some friends, including Cody and team on the Barge, and my good friends, Captains Jim, José, and Dj!

Seriously hoping to come back next year and spend a little more time on The Sandbar. ~Dave.

They will be back. This smoke coverage is not only annoying, it’s dangerous.

we’ve made the decision to stay off the lake again today due to the poor air quality unfortunately.

We’re hopeful tomorrow brings cleaner skies, and we can get back out there serving up delicious burgers! 🍔☀️ Thanks for your understanding
