Our Roaster’s Choice selection for May is Peru Cajamarca
Grown in Cajamarca, Peru, at elevations between 1,500 and 1,900 meters above sea level, this washed green coffee comes from the Montegrande Agricultural Producers Association. They are a group of smallholder farmers working collectively to improve production and coordination at origin. The altitude and growing conditions contribute to steady cherry development, resulting in a coffee with a balanced structure and consistent cup profile.

Processed using the washed method, this coffee delivers a clean, balanced cup with notes of cocoa, caramel, and ripe berries. Full body, balanced acidity, and a soft finish result in an elevated coffee well suited to drip brewing or espresso.
