⚽️ Today marks our final lunch delivery to the World Cup Joint Operations Center after catering box lunches and hot meals since May 20 2026

We simply want to say THANK YOU for trusting Ate1Six with your team throughout this incredible experience. It has truly been an honor to serve the men and women working behind the scenes to help make such a historic event a success.

From early mornings to daily meal prep and deliveries every order was prepared with pride because we knew we were feeding people doing important work. We are grateful for the relationships we’ve built, the conversations we’ve shared, and the opportunity to represent our community through great BBQ and hospitality.

To everyone at the Joint Operations Center Thank you for your service, your professionalism and for allowing our small family-owned business to be a part of something so much bigger than ourselves.

Reminder: We are CLOSED today, Sunday, July 5.

After weeks of running the restaurant, food trucks, feeding the World Cup security team, handling drop-off catering and celebrating America’s 250th Birthday, we felt it was important to give our incredible team a well-deserved day to rest, relax and spend time with their families.

Our employees are the heart of Ate1Six BBQ, and we couldn’t do it without them.

⚽️ Today we had the honor of delivering 100 Loaded Baked Potatoes to the off-site security team that’s been working hard to help keep everything running smoothly during this incredible event.

We’ve been blessed to work alongside this team for over a month—starting even before Fan Fest opened and it has truly been an amazing experience from day☝🏾

Our final delivery will be July 11, and we just want to say THANK YOU for trusting Ate 1 Six to help feed the men and women working behind the scenes. It’s been a privilege to serve you.

Being a small, locally owned business and getting the opportunity to be part of such a historic moment for Kansas City is something we’ll never forget. We’re incredibly grateful for every opportunity, every order, and every person who’s supported us along the way.

Two self-proclaimed BBQ fanatics have reportedly climbed to the top of the Empire State Building and unfurled an ATE1SIX BBQ banner from the antenna leaving New Yorkers asking one question…

“Is the brisket really THAT good?” 😂

Witnesses say the stunt reached a new level when one of the climbers dropped to one knee not with a diamond ring but with a bottle of Ate1Six BBQ Sauce.

According to bystanders the proposal was simple:

“Will you marinate the rest of your life with me?” ❤️🔥

She said YES, accepted the sauce, and the two celebrated by promising to order a full slab of ribs after safely making it back to the ground.

Authorities have confirmed the only thing in danger was everyone’s self-control after hearing about the BBQ.
