Hi there! My bakery cabinet is open! Lots of goodies to choose from. It will be open until 6:00 pm today 😊

Sooo I made some regular bread today because one of my neighbors has been asking and I finally got it done. Wow that came out huge! Can’t wait to hear the feedback! Would anyone be interested in regular bread made with yeast if I add this as an option? Made with Organic Unbleached flour, sea salt, filtered water, yeast, butter and a little sugar.

Cinnamon Rolls! I recently saw another baker using loaf pans to bake cinnamon rolls. You can get a lot more in a home oven if that’s all you have available. I only baked ten but I could have fit a good bit more.

Happy Wednesday! Bakery cabinet is out until 6:00 pm today. No artisan loaves today unfortunately I had a mess up with my starter and my bread didn’t come good. I do have two sandwich loaves.
