I don’t know how to begin as it is very hard and bittersweet for me to announce the selling of Effie’s Charcoal Chef! The hardest part is parting with all of you, who for the past 16 years became my family. I spent more time at the restaurant than I did at home with my family seven days a week from opening to close for 16 years, imagine that!! A lot of hard work and dedication went into this business and I could not have done it without my LOYAL STAFF-who stuck by me and all of YOU and your continued support through a lot of hard times and ups and downs. So much to say and share I don’t know where to begin and where to stop, it’s very emotional. Effies became a second home to many of you but most importantly I felt that every one of you were a guest in my house and I truly cherish the moments we’ve shared together.
I will be forever grateful to all of you!!!

Next Wednesday the 29th we will be saying our sentimental goodbyes as the restaurant changes ownership on the 30th. As a result the restaurant will close for about 3-4 weeks for possible changes and training!

PS- if you have gift cards, please bring them in by March 29th to be redeemed for the remaining balance.
