I feel like I let every other important day go by, but I really feel the need to recognize and reconnect to my self by sharing this with you all... so much has happened to me since 2025 and Im ready to start bringing things to the light about what's evolved with me. Thank you for reading in advance ....🙏🏾
ONE YEAR AGO TODAY, OCTOBER 31ST 2025.
I BET ON MYSELF AND GOD HAS BEEN SHOWING ME WHY EVER SINCE. October 31th, 2025, I walked away from my CAREER of 4 years working as a mobile expert at T-Mobile, and decided I was never going to move up in organization that cannot even put me into positions that I was well qualified for.. I applied in the 2 years to many positions at T-mobile and I found MANY obstacles that I overcame with grace, but I just started feeling like overcoming these challenges at my workplace was no longer worth it. I was tired of feeling the need to PROVE MYSELF to a management team that no longer aligned with my highest interest. I recall, (when I got hired in 2021) telling myself after a series of bad jobs previous to T-Mobile that I owed full loyalty to myself and that a company would come second to nobody else but me. 4 years later and I was called by God and my guides to walk and take the FULL LEAP! NOW mind you I had just graduated with my Degree only 3 months before this and while I have a very well established work experience- I was still scared AF! 😅
ANYWAY FAST FORWARD‼️ I jumped fully into Bapanada, into the unknown, into a dream that was never safe, but always mine.
This year stretched me, humbled me, even broke me open at times. But this October, everything started to bloom at once, I was emailed by faculty at my Alma Mater, Penn State Berks Penn State Berks, not as a student in the back row, but as a keynote alumni speaker!!!! It was amazing as I got to sharing my story with students from all across high-schools in Eastern Pennsylvania, including my Alma mater, Reading High School. I cater at Tower Health regularly, a dream I once pinned on a vision board, now signed and served. This month I also landed my first wholesale deal as a food supplier!!👏🏽, a simple deal on paper, but a huge step for growth and reach. And between the pop-ups, the partnerships, the late nights and those quiet, make or break moments, I kept finding reasons to stay in the fight.
Bapanada isn't just about empanadas. It's culture in your hands, it's sustainability on a plate, it's conversation sparked over something warm. I'm proud of the Brandon who took the risk, proud of everyone who has supported this dream, and grateful to God for opening doors I couldn't see. Its YEAR 5 for Bapanada and YEAR TWO to full-time entrepreneurship. I am blessed to make all the ways possible for me to live a blessed and abundant life and business. I dont make a million dollars or even close to a hundred thousand a year, but I have a purpose in this Business that God continues to show me and show up for me in its longevity and I am so blessed that all the rest will come. We're coming. Bigger visions, stronger partnerships, and a whole lot more empanadas. 🧡🥟
