Pizzeria Cortile Delicious wood fired pizza. At Pizzeria Cortile our goal is to provide Red Bank with a pizza that is different than any other.

Our pizza is baked at over 800 degrees using a wood fired oven, giving it a unique flavor and crispy, chewy crust. Using hand made dough, and local ingredients whenever possible, we take pride in every pizza we make.
