Netflix just dropped Enola Holmes 3... and we nearly fell off our bar stools. 🍹🎬

There it was... Galea Tavern in the background of a scene set in Malta. 🇲🇹

We're pretty sure Enola was following the clues... and somehow ended up at the right family name. 😉 While our Dru & Julie Galea haven't opened a tavern in Mdina, Malta (yet!), we'll happily keep serving spritzes here instead.

If you spot the scene, let us know! And if Enola ever makes it to Chattanooga, her first spritz is on... well, we'll have to ask Sherlock. 🕵️🍊

Some moments hit differently ❤️

Our best-selling item at The Spritzeria is Tony’s Meatballs — a recipe created by Tony, Dru’s brother, and shared with all of us around our table.

Yesterday made it extra special… Tony visited The Spritzeria for the very first time and got to experience his own creation as a guest.

And in a full-circle moment, Julie had the honor of serving Tony his own meatballs.

From a family recipe… to becoming your favorite menu item… to seeing the smile on the person who started it all — this is what hospitality and food are all about.

A very special celebration deserves a very special menu.

🌭 Our Bambini Ftira with hot dogs and fries is getting the Fourth of July treatment with the addition of BBQ sauce.

🍹 And we're mixing up a limited-time red, white, and blue Firecracker Spritz featuring limoncello, sprite, grenadine, prosecco, and sour razzin’ berry moonshine.

While our menu is rooted in Malta, one of our favorite things about food is how it brings cultures together. This week, we're celebrating an American milestone the Spritzeria way: with good food, good drinks, and good fun.

One month in, and we're still pinching ourselves.

Thank you to everyone who's joined us for a spritz at the bar, shared a ftira with friends, celebrated with family, or simply stopped by to see what we're all about. The support during our first month has meant more than we can say.

As we settle into our rhythm, we're making a small change to our schedule.

Starting this week, Spritzeria will be open Tuesday–Saturday from 4–10 PM and closed Sunday and Monday.

These new hours will allow our team to focus on what matters most: serving great food, pouring great drinks, and creating the kind of place you'll want to come back to again and again.

Here's to month one. We can't wait to see what comes next. 🥂
