We’re so excited to finally be moving forward with restoring the Larkin & Fleming Hall to its original beauty.

A heartfelt thank you to the National Park Service for selecting us for the Paul Bruhn Historic Revitalization Grant, to The Red Lodge Area Community Foundation —especially Kendall, for all the steady guidance along the way. We’re also incredibly grateful to Crystal Herzog, whose architectural vision helped bring this project into focus, and to Brian and Brit Papka of BP Building & Design for helping bring that vision to life.

Demolition begins this week. We’ll remain open throughout the process and truly appreciate your support as we begin transforming the front of the building—making way for full floor-to-ceiling glass to welcome in the summer light.

Once demo is underway, our entrance will temporarily move to the alley.
