The owners of Prerogative Kitchen (Chris and Gena) would like to sincerely thank everyone who has supported us, visited the restaurant, and shared all of your memories and love over the years.
As many of you know, the restaurant has been, and still is, on the market for over two years now. As we have shifted and changed - we have decided to allow new management to come in and help us keep the doors open.
Opening and relaunching a restaurant in today’s social media driven world is no easy task, especially one that was so popular and supported by all of you.
To help us bring the restaurant back to life, we struck a deal with Erik and Rusty to manage the restaurant for the time being; they also hope to purchase the business and building within the next year! Their vision for Prerogative Kitchen is simple: to create a welcoming, family-friendly dining experience that celebrates the flavors of Montana.
The focus is not fine dining or upscale cuisine. Instead, they aim to serve approachable, high-quality comfort food featuring Montana favorites like bison and handcrafted Black Angus burgers in a fun and relaxed atmosphere; paired with local craft beers and curated wine and cocktail offerings.
We continue to innovate and bring specialty items to life with signature sauces and flavors, and have worked hard to create a menu with something for everyone, including new options for vegetarians and guests with dietary restrictions.
The entire team looks forward to welcoming both new and returning customers who want to support and grow on this journey. The restaurant business is a labor of love. We ask that the change be supported so all parties may live out their dreams and move forward with their passions.
Prerogative Kitchen is open Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
