To our friends, family and guests! I have made The very difficult decision to close our doors until further notice. Thank you to the guests who continued to dine with us through the temporary closures, 50% seating capacity and reduced days of operation. I can’t express my gratitude for the team members that have helped through the many transitions, stress and challenges within the last 7 months. While we were just making headway to establishing a business for our community the pandemic has created unforeseen challenges. We have followed the regulations established during this pandemic to provide a safe environment for our staff and guests, which have unfortunately negatively affected the businesses sustainability. While it is difficult to close Carbon Fork for the uncertain future, this isn’t a true goodbye. We are grateful to continue to support small business operations which keeps Red Lodge, Montana and our country open and safe. I hope again to provide my friends, family and guests a culinary experience in one form or another in the near future. Cheers and Thank you, Eric Trager 🍻 😔 ♥️
