Hi folks! It's that time again. Here's our menu for the weekend. With the Fair happening this weekend we know a lot of you will be wrapped up with activities this weekend. Just remember that if you'd like to have us deliver to you, we're happy to drop off even if no one is home (just let us know and use Venmo beforehand).

Join us for this small, hands on gathering to learn and celebrate bread!

By taking this class, you'll become confident in:
- The essential bread making process from mix to bake
- Sourdough basics
- Intro to health, flour, types of yeast and fermentation

You'll also learn about bread and gut health (including what gluten sensitivity really is) and the different types of yeast and how to use them. We'll also touch on what fermentation is and does as well as how to maximize flavor, health and ease!

We'll send you home with:
One loaf of sourdough
One loaf to bake at home
Bread making guide
All the information from the class in one small booklet
The tools of the trade (everything but the oven!)

Guess what!?! 😃 Due to all the wonderful feedback we received from you all during Independence Day weekend, we're going to repeat our menu for a second week! 👏🏼 We don't normally do this, but we're happy to do it since we sold out all weekend long 🥹. We kept hearing that the Garlic Pecorino focaccia officially became your new favorite flavor and some of you came back to the Bakehouse a second time in the day for more Apple pie danishes! We didn't get to post this video yesterday because once we opened the door, we were steadily busy all day. Most of the time it was the joy of being able to welcome so many of you in to the bakery that kept us so busy (but sometimes it was the parade).

Thank you everyone who came in to see us yesterday! Whether it was your first time, your annual bakery pilgrimage during Junction Days, or you're in every week, we are always so happy to welcome you in! ❤️
