this is an original recipe by hoji tea room, and as we've described before - it's fresh, bright, full bodied and well balanced. sweet but not overly, it's a nice dessert.

strawberry milk returns as well, and it's still gas. it's what you think strawberry milk tastes like as a kid.

all drinks are made with oat milk only, and we prefer to not make any changes to recipe in regards to milk and sweetness.

available while strawberries are in season.

performative matcha clairo labubu pilates lock in

thanks for being patient w/ us. we have more matcha now, I think we're good for another 2 months. thanks for the Japanese tea farmers for keeping up with the world's demands.

yes, it is looking a bit scary in the matcha department everywhere. we just sold out of haruka for a bit, and it is completely out of stock.

however, matcha does return!!

we're unveiling a new recipe we're calling /split/ matcha.
thank you to a real one, Regene () for enlightening us with this recipe. it involves a mix of whole milk and oat milk, and a touch of agave to create an incredibly well balanced matcha that is rich, but not too rich, creamy, but not too creamy, and sweet, but not too sweet.

trust us, have it this way.

if not :( sure we'll help you to a standard way of doing it.

farewell to a legend in ichigo matcha. welcome, haruka matcha! it's a different taste for sure, and we wish you a great taste.

we don't want our "hoji taste" to change, and we intend to maintain that. however that requires a significant wait as the demand has japanese tea farms posting limitations in acquiring matcha.

we also don't want you to go without matcha for prolonged periods of time, so we are introducing Haruka, a matcha series of lattes and americanos that have a different taste from what you're used to. it is crisp and umami, vegetal and floral, with a pleasant astringency.

we are making room in our menu to introduce you new styles and new flavors that will involve different teas, and eventually different matcha fruit flavors as well.

we hope you understand, thank you so much for supporting us.

one of our favorite black teas ever, tastes like honey and a lil mint, with a light pepper note, remarkably smooth. certified fair trade organic, sourced from Linhua Village in the Yunnan Province of southwestern China, just touching the Tibetan Himalayas.

🍓Ichigo Matcha Latte v1.0
🍓Strawberry Susu Milk

this is our first ever take and first version of strawberry matcha, it's fresh, bright, full bodied, and well balanced. think of it as a sweet dessert drink, but we think it's not suuper sweet, just right.

strawberry susu milk is the same thing just without matcha, and it is excellent. tastes just like how you think strawberry milk tastes as a kid.

all drinks come with oat milk standard. we prefer not to make any changes to the recipe in regards to milk and sweetness, but if you could only handle whole milk, we can accomodate.

strawberry drinks will stick around for many weeks as long as strawberries are in season.
