Blueberry French Toast: crispy fritter dough, filled with a blueberry compote, and covered in a citrus and french toast-infused glaze.

Ginger Pear: crispy fritter dough, filled with a rosemary and pear compote, and covered in a brown sugar and ginger-infused glaze.

Blackberry Cobbler: crispy fritter dough filled with a blackberry compote, covered in a blackberry and grand marnier glaze, and finished a house made shortbread crumble.

Saffron Tres Leches: saffron-infused old fashioned dough, soaked in a tres leches mix, covered with a sweet whip cream, topped with balsamic macerated strawberries.

Panna Cotta: brioche yeast dough, filled with a dark cherry compote, a vanilla panna cotta, brushed with an aperol spritz syrup.

Cannoli: brioche yeast dough filled with a chocolate chip and pistachio pastry cream, covered in our olive oil-infused glaze, topped with maldon seat salt, and finished with a house-made cannoli.

Frozen Espresso: our house medium roast espresso, served frozen, with vanilla panna cotta, and finished with fresh lemon zest.
