Weekend Special: Hotaru Ika & Shima-aji
This weekend, we’re showcasing two seasonal favorites:
Hotaru Ika (Firefly Squid) – A springtime delicacy from Toyama Bay, these small squid are served whole and offer a rich, briny umami with a creamy texture. A true taste of the season.
Shima-aji (Striped Jack) – Known for its clean, slightly sweet flavor and buttery finish, Shima-aji is a refined choice with beautiful marbling and perfect texture for sashimi or nigiri.
Available in limited quantities—come enjoy them at their peak freshness!
