Meet Lauren!

Lauren is our lead roaster at Junction! Next time you see her, make sure to say hi. She roasts our beans and slings espresso behind the bar. In her free time, she loves hiking, spending time with her dogs, and doing anything outdoorsy.

Her drink of choice? A cold brew (which makes sense because she definitely needs the caffeine to keep up with her lifestyle 🤪)

Today & tomorrow, try our Card-a-Mom Latte 🌷A tasty blend of vanilla and cardamom, finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.

Tomorrow ONLY, bouquets from will be available for purchase! These make the perfect gift for mom!💐 Pair one with her favorite drink and deliver it in a cute little carrier.

We did this last year and it was such a hit (because who doesn’t love coffee and flowers!) Petal Wagon always does an amazing job curating the prettiest bouquets!
