This is the main reason I don't work for Moveable Feast, Off the Grid, Spark Social, etc.
My hope is that every hard working Food Truck owner realizes that these companies unethical business practices and absurdly high fees they charge hurt and not help any of us.
I realized a very long time ago that we don't need them for absolutely anything at all, but that they wouldn't exist without us. The scare tactics they utilize to mind force you into becoming codependent disturb and disgust me.
Myself and a few other brave ones decided to stand against this abuse and that enough is enough. We have a group that shares information, contacts and stops. Please feel free to reach out and join us so we can remind you as to why you became independent and not an employee for these companies.

I'm just reaching out to let you know that I have to stop going to Gateway due to the 20% drop in sales we've had in the past few months since you guys took it over. That, along with the $100 fee we now have to pay, have put us out of business at that stop. I spoke to Bernice, let her know the situation and thanked her for hosting us bi-monthly for the past 5 + years.
