They just arrived. Special start tomorrow and run until they are gone.
Have you ever had a Hood strawberry? If not, you're in for a treat!
Hood strawberries are a special variety here in Oregon, celebrated for their incredible sweetness and rich flavor due to their high sugar content. Their season is quite short, usually only around two to three weeks in early June, and they're absolutely delicious eaten fresh or used in jams and baked goods.
We were fortunate enough to get some fresh Hood strawberries and will be featuring them in several dishes this week, starting tomorrow! We'll have refreshing strawberry lemonade, a delightful strawberry tart, and even a unique strawberry bruschetta.
We hope to see you!
