Mystery cocktail… let’s make it!

A customer left a cocktail recipe on a sticky note, for Ben to make, so let’s give it a try:
3oz Wh***ey (we used Sagamore Rye )
3/4oz Yellow Chartreuse
3/4oz Sweet Vermouth
Couple dashes of bitters
And garnish with a lemon twist 🍋

This customer knew what he was talking about because this cocktail was delicious. After looking up the recipe, Ben discovered this one is called a Green Point cocktail. Cheers to the guy on the porch for this delicious cocktail!

Every Tuesday in Rehoboth Beach during the off season! Tapas Tuesday at Shorebreak… many of our popular menu items at tapas size portions. Great for sharing a few, or having a couple bites of the dishes you love! From 5pm to close in the entire restaurant!

So sweet 💜 Ben & Diane’s song is Sway With Me (if you’ve been into the restaurant, you’ll see they even have a glowing sign on the wall that says Sway with Me). So when Sharon Sable & Joe Holt played it during their live music set last Wednesday, Ben and Diane took a moment during their shift at the restaurant to share a dance with one another 🎶

Let’s make an Aperol spritz… it’s as easy as 3-2-1 🍊

3 parts Prosecco
2 parts Aperol
1 part club soda
Top with ice 🧊 and garnish with an orange slice (or green olive if you want to be Venetian 🫒)

Such a refreshing cocktail! No wonder it’s so popular!

Courtland loves the surf & turf at Shorebreak paired with one of our signature wh***ey cocktails like the Smooth Under Pressure or Yuzugen. The wh***ey is a great combination with the rich and tender short ribs and perfectly seared scallops over creamy risotto 🥃

Let’s make a Wh***ey Sour cocktail

2.5 oz wh***ey (we used Buffalo Trace Distillery )
3/4 oz simple syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
1 egg white

Dry shake (no ice) to emulsify, then add ice and shake. Double strain into a Nick&Nora glass and garnish with bitters and an Italian cherry 🍒
