It’s been two years since the passing of our friend, brother, and business partner, David Kuzio.
This video of Kuzio and David making our signature kouign-amann captures so much of who he was and the energy that he continues to give us - generous with his knowledge, devoted to craft, and so vibrant in the kitchen. He filled our lives with endless joy and adventure.
He is, and always will be, present in every part of our restaurants.
