We are getting excited for the For A Butter Tomorrow wine pairing supper tomorrow! The evening begins at 6pm with standing appetizer, a sparkling cava wine, and viewing of all of the fantastic silent auction items. RESERVE YOUR SPOT FOR A GREAT TIME AND A GREAT CAUSE!

Tickets are selling fast for For A Butter Tomorrow, our wine-paired fundraising dinner on Thursday, July 16, at 6 PM at Mountain Table. Almost a third of our 40 seats are already taken, and when they're gone, that's it.

Each ticket helps support the Trey Yates Legacy Fund, which keeps Trey's passion alive by investing in local farmers, food producers, and agricultural entrepreneurs who make our communities stronger every day.

We've teamed up with the West Virginia Food & Farm Coalition, Bramble, WV, Swift Level Fine Meats, Country Vintner of WV, A New Stage, Wild Vittles, and Greenbrier Dairy LLC to bring you a special night. Enjoy thoughtfully paired wines, a multi-course dinner, a silent auction, and heartfelt moments honoring the people who keep West Virginia's food traditions going.

Tickets are $80 per person and include the full dining experience with wine pairings. To reserve your spot, call or text 304-667-4504 or email [email protected].

We want to send a shout out to HandMade WV Market in Marlinton, one of our very first wholesale coffee accounts from back when we first started roasting.

We absolutely love working with Anne Walker, and her shop is a fantastic spot to find West Virginia sourced artisanal wares, folk crafts, and grocery items, alongside a delicious daily lunch special.

Anne recently got a fresh restock on our coffee bags, including all of our main roasts plus our special Bullock Distillery bourbon infused coffee and an exclusive black locust blossom infused roast.

We hope you can join us at Mountain Table tomorrow, Tuesday, July 14th, from 3 to 8 pm for our Bootstraps Farm Supper!

This special evening celebrates the peak of summer with a menu focused heavily on farm fresh ingredients grown right here in Renick by Caroline Allingham Buttrill Smith and Michael Dean Buttrill of Bootstraps Farm.

We are also proud to feature fresh artisanal bread from Flavor Mutt, alongside exceptional local beef from Milligan Creek Farms, poultry from a Rainbow Farm, honey from Greenbrier Bee Farm, berries from Friendly Goat Fruit Farm, flowers from True Heart Flower Farm, and rhubarb from T.L. Fruits and Vegetables LLC.

To round out the night, we will be serving refreshing watermelon mint mojito and a mandarin cardamom mule special. It is going to be a beautiful evening to enjoy a true farm-to-table meal and support West Virginia agriculture.

We are getting excited for our wine pairing supper this coming Thursday July 16th, and the response from the community so far has been absolutely amazing!

We have sold over half of the tickets already, and they are continuing to go fast. If you have been planning to join us for this special evening of great food and wine pairings, now is the perfect time to secure your spot before we sell out completely!

Behind the scenes, we are actively gathering an incredible lineup of unique items, services, and gift cards for our silent auction. Local businesses and friends have already stepped up with some wonderful contributions, and we are so grateful for the generosity pouring in.

Every single dollar raised from the silent auction will go directly toward the Trey Yates Legacy Fund, helping us continue his meaningful mission of investing in regional food systems and local agricultural entrepreneurs.

Join us at Mountain Table on Tuesday, July 14th from 3 to 8 pm for our Bootstraps Farm Supper!

This special evening celebrates the peak of summer with a menu focused heavily on farm fresh, hyper local ingredients, many of which are grown by Caroline and Michael right here in Renick WV.

We are highlighting wonderful regional products, including oyster mushrooms, fresh salad greens, and hot peppers from Bootstraps Farm, flowers from True Heart Flower Farm, pasture raised beef from Milligan Creek Farms, honey from Greenbrier Bee Farm, blueberries from Friendly Goat Fruit Farm, and poultry from Rainbow Farm.

We will also be serving up refreshing mojito and mule specials alongside house made sweets, so come out to Renick this Tuesday to enjoy a true farm-to-table meal with the community.

We still remember when we first met Tammy and Guy at the State Fair of West Virginia, back when they just had a dream and a plan to open up their own coffee shop.

Watching them turn that vision into a reality at The Hunkerdown has been a joy as they went on to build a wonderful community space with the best coffee in town.

It has been a pleasure supplying them with their custom roast organic fair trade coffee over the years, and we have loved working with them.

Tammy and Guy are now preparing to move on from the coffee business to focus on their family and other pursuits.

While we will certainly miss partnering with them in this capacity, we completely respect and support their decision to start this next chapter.

We want to thank them for being such incredible partners, championing local roasting, and becoming great friends to Mountain Table.

We want to shine a spotlight on Adam and Holly and their awesome Potluck Food Truck.

As true stewards of nature, they bring unique cultural dishes made with microlevel local ingredients to the larger community, beautifully honoring the familial Appalachian holler tradition of the potluck.

Their wholesome, farm-to-table cuisine relies heavily on what they farm themselves or source locally and organically, making them the perfect fit to enhance any fair, festival, private party, or catered event.

We are also incredibly proud that they fuel their crowds using our light roast fair trade organic coffee for both hot coffee and cold brew.
