New Item! ‼️ SUMMER SET has arrived! For our first ever summer bonbon set we have decided to do a Cheesecake Bonbon Set packed with Cheesecake Bonbons in the following flavors:

We thought this would be a fun way to celebrate the arrival of summer and hope you do too! Because we have no idea how popular these will be we have only made a limited amount so they will be in stock until sold out.

In Progress Video! Well, it’s been a while since I’ve reminded you all that we actually make everything by hand in house! And here’s the first video taken in our new production facility just 12 minutes from the shop over in Sparks.

Desserts are still 100% on my plate personally and while the new facility has allowed me to begin scaling up to increase efficiency and capacity I am still struggling to get all the desserts done myself along with everything else that I have to take care of to keep this beast of a business running smoothly. So with that in mind:

I’m HIRING! Looking for a pastry cook who loves to make creams, mousses, cakes, glazes etc. and take pride in their work. There’s a lot of opportunity to be creative and really leave your mark in this job so if you or anyone you know might be interested, email me at [email protected] 😁

Dude, how good does that Tiramisu Gelato look?

Tiramisu Gelato is our Mascarpone Gelato base with a bit of Rum in it and an Espresso Ripple made with espresso (like all our espresso/coffee items!) and it’s one of my personal favorite flavors.

Although, if we’re being honest gelato & ice cream are my real weakness pretty much regardless of flavor and season. But I digress.

We will be CLOSED SUNDAY for a much needed breather which just so happens to fall this Memorial Day weekend!

Make sure to pop into the shop today or tomorrow to pick up any treats you may need for the weekend! We’re open 10am to 7pm today and tomorrow!

We’ve finally gotten final fire and building sign offs on the new production facility so should be completely up and running there very shortly. I cannot even begin to explain to you how tough this process has been on me personally and my team but I’m thrilled we’ve managed to get it all done and even make it through Mother’s Day craziness with only a couple small stock delays and issues. And I am absolutely so excited to have this construction project behind me and to be able to focus on all things actually related to our products, team, and growth of the business again.

So, come celebrate with us and pick up some desserts, chocolates, gelato, coffee or whatever. We have no tea this weekend so there will be plenty of seats available for you to relax and enjoy your confections onsite. And just in case you’re really up for celebrating remember we also have some prosecco and wine!

JUNE TEA MENU is here!

Super excited about this one. We’ve got a number of new items on this menu and we’ve really tried to capture a light, spring/early summer feel with the menu. It’s going to be perfect for June so make your reservations soon!

June Tea Dates — 1st, 2nd, & 3rd weekends:
Saturday 7/6 @ 11:00, 1:30, and 4pm
Sunday 7/7 @ 11:00 & 1:30
Saturday 7/13 @ 11:00, 1:30, and 4pm
Sunday 7/14 @ 11:00 & 1:30

The TROPICAL is back! In perfect timing for this convincing summertime weather.

What’s inside, you ask? The thin white chocolate shell has a center of Mango Coulis and Pineapple Compote all surrounded by a light Coconut Mousse and then topped with Coconut Dacquoise cake and Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream. Plus a touch of gold leaf because… it’s fun!

Honestly, the almond praline is one of my favorite flavors ever — it’s just so delicious. And we know the PB&J has a loyal following; since it’s no longer on our standard selection it seemed the right flavor to bring back for Mother’s Day. And Apricot Lavender, well it’s just perfect for spring!

PASSIONFRUIT CHEESECAKE CREAM PUFF has dropped!

Available from 5/1 through 5/10 as a Mother’s Day special item. Preorders available NOW both online and in store.

No, this is not your average cream puff. Instead of pastry cream we’ve opted to use cream cheese mousse as the primary filling and then stuff it with a tangy Passionfruit coulis then top it with out mascarpone vanilla whipped cream. AND, because it’s not cheesecake without a graham cracker crust I’ve replaced a significant amount t of the flour in the craquelin on top of the hour with graham crumbs. The result? A delicious tangy and lightly sweet dessert that you will definitely not want to share. Lighter than our usual cream puffs and perfectly balanced with one of our most popular flavors profiles. You will love it, your mom will love it, and, really, everyone will love it.
