My mom invited me to take a class with her in April 2012 at a local craft store and I began posting photos of my “homework” on social media. With only a few basic (and I mean basic) cakes under my belt, I got a request from a friend to make her bridal shower cake. I…can…do…this? And it turns out I could…and I loved it! Just like that, I had my first paying customer. The bridal shower cake led to a
wedding cake for this couple and the requests just kept growing from there. I never could have imagined I’d be spending so much time in the kitchen covered in powdered sugar and strategically placing sprinkles. I love being a part of these moments in people’s lives…weddings, engagements, babies, birthdays. I’ve made cakes for just about every occasion and for all ages. I will never make two cakes exactly alike so you’re custom cake is unique and made especially for you. Customers and friends have pushed me into designs I never thought were possible and I enjoy the challenges different cakes have brought me.
