Think picnic at the park while watching the fireworks display or simply relaxing at home with your loved ones! Let us do the cooking and prepping for you this weekend. The kamayan to-go box will include the following items:
* Chef Jules’ lechon pork belly
* Daing na bangus
* Pork barbecue skewers
* Chicken lumpia
* Pancit vegan
* Steamed bokchoy
* Steamed rice
* Ube and egg pies
* Seasonal fruits
* Dipping sauces

One of our featured dishes is our Pancit Vegan made with stir-fried organic wheat noodles with organic tofu and organic vegetables like bell peppers, broccoli, and mushrooms! 🥬🥦

If you've been to Malayá for one of our events, you may have spotted some of our staff wearing these linen, embroidered dress shirts, otherwise known as a Barong Tagalog.

They are traditionally made with delicate fabrics like piña, abaca, and jusi and feature intricate embroidery and were originally crafted as a practical garment to withstand the humid Philippine weather.

Today, the Barong Tagalog is known as the national garment of the Philippines and is a clear symbol of elegance, tradition, and Filipino cultural identity 🇵🇭☀️
