There truly aren’t enough words to say THANK YOU. ❤️
This weekend, you all showed up for Bowman’s in a way that completely overwhelmed our hearts.
To every person who waited patiently for a table, every family who chose to spend their weekend with us, every customer who shared a kind word, left an encouraging comment, told a friend, shared our posts, gave us grace while we worked through the excitement and the mistakes, and simply believed in us… thank you.
What you may have seen was a busy restaurant.
What we saw was a community wrapping its arms around us.
This has been an emotional journey. I stepped nervously into a restaurant with a rich history and a community that has loved Bowman’s for many years. Our greatest hope is to honor that legacy while adding our own heart, our own hospitality, and our own chapter to the story. I hope that is showing.
This weekend reminded us exactly why I took this leap of faith.
To my incredible staff… I simply could not be more proud. You worked until your feet hurt, (or your legs fell off in the back dining room ~Kelcey 😂😂), or your shirts were soaked (Ethan 😂) and you kept smiling and showing up anyway, even before dawn (Austin..). You cared for our guests like family…(Kacey, Jessi & Montana), washed more dishes than you probably cared to…(Cage, Rylyn, Lucy, & Angie), plated and ran more plates than you can count…(Chrissi & Lila), and kept tables moving (Michaela) and that’s something you can’t teach. You are the heart of Bowman’s, and I am so grateful for each one of you.
And to our amazing customers…
Whether you’ve been eating at Bowman’s for twenty years or this was your very first visit, thank you for giving us a chance.
We’ll keep learning. We’ll keep improving. We’ll keep listening. We’ll keep working every single day to be worthy of the support you’ve shown us.
From the bottom of my heart… thank you for making our Grand Reopening weekend one I and the crew will never forget.
