We’re searching for someone who loves connecting with people, serving great coffee and craft beer, and being part of a fun, community-focused atmosphere.

What we’re looking for:
• Friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong customer service skills
• Availability for weekday and weekend shifts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Barista and/or bartending experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person

Kick Off Happy Hour
Tuesday, April 7th from 5–8 pm
April is Autism Awareness Month, and we’re proud to team up with and to support an incredible cause.

All month long, The Bike Lane and Lost Rhino will be helping raise awareness and support for Bike to the Beach and local autism and disABILITY partners—and we’re putting pints behind the mission. For every pint of Wheels for Waves Helles Lager, we’ll donate $1 to support these efforts.

Kick things off with us!
Join us for a Happy Hour and Pizza from Killer Tomato at Bike Lane Brewing on Tuesday, April 7th from 5–8 pm.

Come hang out, grab a drink, and meet the folks from Bike to the Beach. You’ll learn more about the ride, how it supports individuals with autism, and ways you can get involved—whether that’s riding, donating, or just cheering from the sidelines.

Malt-forward with earthy hop notes, Ghillie is a Bike Lane Brewing favorite named after our favorite Irish Wolfhound customer. Smooth, balanced, and full of character, this brew has become a go-to for regulars who appreciate a classic, easy-drinking pint. Just like the legendary pup it’s named after, Ghillie is friendly, a little noble, and always welcome around here.

Join Anne and the staff for a fun, welcoming evening with learning stations throughout the shop designed to help you build confidence with your bike and connect with other women who ride.
All riders welcome—commuter, gravel, mountain, road, and everything in between.
Learning Stations Include:
• Going tubeless: inflation, tire plugs, and flat-fix confidence
• Drivetrain cleaning & lubing—plus a few “secret” tweaks to make your bike more comfortable
• Electronic shifting: what it is and why it can be a game-changer
• TMI (Anne’s favorite): the stuff we don’t always want to ask about—saddle sores, chamois cream, and more
Plus, meet representatives from local and regional women’s riding groups and organizations. Learn about upcoming rides and events, make connections, or just hang out. No RSVP needed, just come by.

This year The Bike Lane is celebrating 25 years of riding, wrenching, and community, and we truly couldn’t have done it without you.
