From coffee grounds ☕️ to compost ♻️ to hops 🌱 to b**r 🍺 —this is a true community collaboration! 🙌🏻
Last year, shop regular and friend Tuan Pham took our spent coffee grounds and brewing grains, composted them, and used that rich soil to grow Cascade hops. We packed those fresh hops into a blonde ale called Tuan Thing Leads to Another.
And one thing kept leading to another! This year’s second and third hop harvests went into two batches of Saigon Pub Ale, a new ESB recipe with a name that nods to Tuan’s birthplace.
Same homegrown story, a whole new b**r. Look for Saigon Pub Ale on tap in about two weeks!
