Rather than a boring ol’ 80/20 ground beef we use a scrumptious blend of Chuck, Brisket & Short Rib for our smash patties with housemade mayo, cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, shaved lettuce, tomato and pickles on a toasted and branded brioche bun… get fancy with it, add bacon or avocado (even jalapeños if you’re feeling spicy)
