Adan began his culinary career working in a family restaurant called "Gloria Bendita" where the specialty was paellas
and tapas. He learned all the secrets of his food from his friend and co-worker over years. The chef Enrique Llopis, He is a Valencian chef with more than 25 years of experience making paellas. It was in this city of Valencia where he met Yasmin, his wife and teammate of this project, where they always worked in the same field of Spanish cuisine. After 6 years working in the same restaurant, they moved to the United States, where they perfected their culinary skills working with a well-known chef in Miami FL. a few years later decided to move to Dallas TX.Where he realized that the experience acquired in Spain was invaluable and decided to share it with others, It is then where the idea was born and created the company TASTY PAELLA, It is not necessary to go to a luxury restaurant to be able to taste a real paella.
