Thank you to all of our customers! We are looking a little bare for some items ❤️🍁. Ice cream is on the list to try to restock tomorrow night and hoping to do a big restock of other products on Sunday. Plenty of eggs, maple syrup and maple cream 😊. Stay tuned we have a very exciting new addition coming to the stand in the next few weeks !!

Fresh batch of maple cream made this morning! 🍁Great color, great flavor but the batch formed some sugar crystals so we are offering it at 50% off. It still tastes fantastics just not perfectly smooth. I’m also experimenting with some cute small flower bouquets from flowers I’ve grown and beauties I find around the house 💐

‼️Product Spotlight‼️
Since the beginning of the farm stand I’ve wanted to do product spotlights randomly but have never got around to it. As we approach being open for three years in July I found it fitting to start with a product that is very popular in our house. Benoit Family Maple Barn Maple Pancake and Waffle Mix. Our mix is made with King Arthur unbleached all purpose flour, Benoit Family Maple Barn maple sugar, Medley Hills (family owned USA company) aluminum free baking powder and a pinch of salt. Four ingredients that’s it ! Our mix is $5.00 a bag. When we make pancakes or waffles we cook the whole bag but usually have about double the pancakes or waffles we need so we either freeze them or keep them in the fridge for the kids to pop in the toaster for the week for breakfast. You could easily just cook half the bag and cut the recipe in half. We put a lot of thought into the ingredients that go into our products and I always try to use Vermont or USA family made products if possible. We are open daily 8 am - 7 pm year round!

Here in VT we are allowed to sell eggs in used cartons. But they have to be clean and in good shape. We will take them if in good condition.

Please recycle them if they are not reusable.
What should be thrown away!
Broken.
Weak.
Stained
Egg stains.
Shells
Ripped in the seem or tabs
Smells
If you crack your eggs the put them in the carton please toss them out. We do not want those back either.

We love to keep them out of the trash if possible. That’s why we take them to reuse.
