We’re excited to announce that a new partnership has been forged between Foundry Craft Kitchen ( inside Starr Craft Brewery ) and Chef Steve White.

Just like steel in a forge, great things take time, passion, and craftsmanship. Together, we're building something special—focused on scratch-made food, quality ingredients, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

The fires are heating up, the plans are taking shape, and we can't wait to share what's coming next.

We're excited to welcome Foundry Craft Kitchen and share a first look at what's coming: smoked half chicken, pork steak, house-made coleslaw, pickled onions, and house pickles — all made from scratch and prepared on-site.

James Salazar takes the stage at 7PM with live music to carry the evening.
