So now that the oven is safe and bolted to the floor...

We are having a little audience participation contest.

What should the opening pizza special be?
- Hanover tomato margherita
- Summer squash & black pepper ricotta
- Pesto & smoked mozzarella

We found it!!

Thanks to these two eagle eye gents for calling in on the hotline. Without their help I'm sure it was bound for a chop shop where it would have been pieced out and sold for parts.

Not only did they find it, but they even helped move it in! The goodness of strangers warms my heart.

Now let's get this oven in place and warm it up & start baking some pies!

If anyone's seen an 8000 lb oven roaming around town give me a shout. It couldn't have gone far.
