Fun fact: This same model of 6.0 oz cappuccino cup was once a standard in barista competitions, and still meets competition parameters. In the early aughts, when RCC was pioneering specialty coffee in New Jersey, it was attention to details like this that helped it evolve to become a true craft coffee landmark—where barista technique, high quality coffee from quality farms and producers, and specialty association standards weren't trends, they were--and still are--the baseline ✨

📣 Attention Montclair 📣
We are so thrilled to announce that Nuts & Delights Cafe has decided to take their coffee game seriously! They will now be serving specialty grade coffee, selected and roasted with care by us ☕✨ We can't think of a better match for their seriously delicious, handmade Turkish Delights (and other sweets) than a warm cappuccino made with our Ethiopian Konga (although Mustafa's own blend of tea and spices is also a must-try 🙌).
Nuts and Delights is on Bloomfield Ave in Montclair, NJ and while still well-under a year old, they have already become very involved with the local community by promoting the local arts and creative scene, hosting open mics, and more.

In case you didn't catch the mention in our stories, here's a permanent reminder that our newest Ethiopian roast is here--and tbh, it's delicious.
Vibrant floral aromas are met with bright, citrusy flavor notes that are perfectly sweetened and blended by subtle vanilla undertones.
Side note: if your grinder can handle lighter roast espresso, get ready for a major flavor bomb bb ✨💚 but it works beautifully for pour over, cold brew, and other methods too. Order via our link in bio or pick up a bag if you see one at one of the few esteemed cafes we roast for 💯☕🎉
