This is our Abby.
For years, she’s shown up — not just for work, but for people. For our staff, customers and my family. 🥹
She’s one we lean on, we trust, and we feel safe with. Abby is a friend who quickly became part of our everyday life. Before we even realized it, we found ourselves looking around for Abby to brighten our day with a silly joke, a silly noise, or her compassionate and caring eyes.
What makes Abby extra special is that underneath her strength is the softest kindest soul. The girl who once avoided hugs is now the first one offering them when someone she trusts needs one. Watching her grow, open up, love deeply, and let us truly get to know the real her has been such a gift that hasn’t been wasted on any of us.
She’s become best friends with my daughters, part of our bonfires, beach trips and church memories. When it came to opening our Elkton location Abby put in countless hours to make sure we did not fail. She is part of us now, and we aren’t ever fully letting go - even if today is her last day at RNG. 😫
I love this girl so much. I love everything about her, even Crabby Abby - who shows up when she hasn’t gotten the sleep that she needs.
While I’m so proud of her and excited for what’s ahead, I already know how deeply I’m going to miss my daily dose of Abby.
