🎃 THE GRILL REAPER HAS ARRIVED. 🍔🔥

The official GRILL REAPER tees are now at George’s Drive-In!

Serving killer burgers since 1974—now you can wear the legend. 😎

⚠️ Sizing heads-up: This batch is a different brand and runs a little more fitted. More L, XL & 2XL shirts in our previous, roomier brand are already on the way.

Grab a shirt. Grab a burger. 🍔
Maybe some fries and a shake too. 😏

Good morning, Family and Friends!

I placed our usual limited order of black Halloween t-shirts online, mostly for staff and myself: 10 Small, 10 Medium, 15 Large, 15 XL, 10 2XL, and 5 3XL.

They're estimated to arrive at George's around October 7. First come, first served until they run out.

They're available to order now online at shop.georgesdrivein.com.

Thank you, Family and Friends, for all your support! ❤️

Good Morning Family and Friends

We have something special to share. ❤️

The California State Assembly presented George’s Drive-In with a certificate of recognition for 52 years of serving the Riverside community.

My parents opened George’s in 1974. What they started has grown through the hard work of our team and the support of generations of customers who have become part of our family. We’re grateful to Assembly Member Leticia Castillo for recognizing that history.

To everyone who has stopped in for a meal, worked alongside us, or brought the next generation through our doors: thank you. This recognition belongs to all of you, too.

With gratitude,
The George’s Drive-In family

Καλό Μήνα—Kalo Mina, Family and Friends! 🇬🇷

Wishing everyone a happy, healthy, and prosperous September! May this new month bring you and your families many blessings. ❤️

It’s good to be back in Riverside—again! 🇺🇸🇬🇷

After spending all of June in Greece, I just returned from another two-week trip. I had a wonderful time, but I’m happy to be home and back at George’s!

Now I have an important decision to make…

What should my first meal back be?

🎃 Family and Friends—we need your opinion!

Here’s the first look at our possible 2026 George’s Halloween shirt: “The Grill Reaper.” 💀🍔

We’re still fine-tuning the artwork before it goes to print, so tell us what you think:

🔥 What do you like?
🛠️ What would you change or improve?
👕 Most importantly—would you wear it?

Be honest! Your suggestions could help shape the final shirt.

Good Afternoon, Family and Friends!

The Cali Burger started as the way I liked to make my own burger—bacon, avocado and cheese with all the fixings.

Now my daughter has started asking me to make her burger just like mine. Apparently, good taste runs in the family! 😂🍔

That got me wondering: Has your George’s order been passed down to the next generation?

What do you order—and do your kids or grandkids now want the same thing?

Same counter. Same favorites. New generation.

Some things never change… including Riverside drivers. 😂

Take a close look at this old photo of Teen’s Drive-In, before this location became George’s.

See the telephone booth on the left? Now look at the pole next to it. That pole was already bent back in the 1950s or ’60s—and it is still standing there bent today.

Apparently drivers weren’t any better back then, even with a lot less traffic on the road!

I always get a laugh out of showing customers this photo and then pointing out that the same pole is still here. The restaurant names, cars and telephone booth may be gone, but that bent pole has survived it all.

Does anyone remember the telephone booth—or know how the pole originally got bent?
