We understand the concern being raised and want to address it clearly.
This matter has not been ignored.
Our management team became aware of the concern and immediately began reviewing the situation. We have also attempted to contact the guest directly so we can discuss what happened, gather all details, and address the matter appropriately.
In addition, we have taken precautionary steps internally, including reviewing our beverage handling, storage, labeling, sanitation, and team procedures. Guest safety is not something we take lightly, and we are treating this as a top priority.
For privacy reasons, we will not debate or disclose guest-specific details online.
However, we want our community to know that we have taken this seriously, acted promptly, and remain committed to doing everything within our control to prevent any similar concern in the future.
