From humble beginnings to becoming a culinary maestro, Chef Ruben’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary.
👨🍳 “Like most of us, I used to struggle with finding what to do with my life when young. One of my first jobs was working for a fast-food restaurant, then I had the opportunity to work in a chain restaurant as a culinary manager, after that I had worked in other restaurants and hotels.”
🍳 “Every time someone asked what I do for a living, I said I’m a chef. I love what I do!”
🎓 “Being ACF certified allows me to join my fellow chefs in this noble profession and be a leader that takes care of their team. It requires an enormous amount of dedication, but the payoff is priceless!”
