Such an amazing honor from my favorite at the Comptrollers office!!

Marisa DeLay is the owner and chef of Emerald's Eats. With a love of cooking from a young age, she has been in the food service industry for almost 20 years. Her passion, drive, and desire to produce and serve innovative food led to the creation of the full-service catering business in 2022.

In addition to bringing joy to others through food Marisa finds value in giving back to the community. She has supported the Riverton schools by providing free lunches to teachers and also supplying food items to Riverton Middle School students who used the donated items to make blessing bags for the homeless. In October, Emerald’s Eats held the Pop Up For Pink event benefiting the American Cancer Society.
