Alright everyone!

With 3 years under our belts we’ve seen which items have done well and which ones haven’t. We have decided to remove chorizo from our menu. To those of you who are big chorizo fans we want to apologize. With limited room on the trailer we really need to have items that sell well and are in high demand.
So for our new pork option we will now be offering our al pastor! It’s been a big hit with you all and we are excited to add it as a regular menu item! We appreciate you all so much and always strive to bring you the best food we can possibly make!
