The weekend starts when you want it to. For us, it starts tonight at 4 pm with a gourmet burger you definitely don't have to make yourself.

The Surf & Turf Salad with greens, marinated sirloin, shrimp, avocado, tomato, cucumbers, and red onion with a cilantro-lime vinaigrette, makes the whole thing sing.
