Born in Patagonia, and now transformed into sorbetto!
The famous Franuí (the legendary chocolate-covered raspberry) was created in Argentina thanks to the ingenuity of Diego Fenoglio, the son of a master chocolatier from Piedmont who emigrated after World War II.
We wanted to pay tribute to this extraordinary artisanal story, so we transformed it into a sorbet.
A raspberry sorbet that combines the creaminess of white chocolate with the crunch of dark chocolate.
