In my earlier years of cooking, I figured out that BBQ is a craft that takes a long time to perfect and I will never quit learning!

Well, it's a new day in 2022! I know 2021 had ALOT of ups and downs for everybody, so I only hope for smoother sailing for this year! I know for Southern Craft Q, we are going to do everything possible to make this year very successful! Thank you for the business and support in the ladder part of 2021!

This Saturday we will be setup at Eastside bar off the square in Denton again from 11AM until sold out. Due to how busy the month of December is for us, we will not be setting up to sale on Saturdays after this weekend. But don't worry, we will be back in full force in January! So come get some delicious BBQ this Saturday while you still have a chance!

Happy Friday! I just wanted to let everybody know that we will not be setup at our normal spot on University Dr tomorrow. We have got a fall festival we are doing tonight and an event tomorrow. Thank you for the support so far and have a great weekend!
