Ravioli Rotolo, our favorite way to serve ravioli!!💚🍝😋

We’ve been making A LOT of ravioli from scratch at Chef’s House these past few weeks, and we’ve landed on a favorite!!

This dish is comprised of an uncut sheet of ravioli that is then rolled in on itself, forming a rose-like shape. It almost feels like a ravioli dumpling when you cut into it!!

It is absolutely incredible and surprisingly easy to make, so long as you’re willing to expend a little elbow grease and make the dough from scratch!!

One of our favorite desserts to make from scratch (which all of our desserts are if you didn’t know!) is our mousse!!🍓🫎✨

The one specifically showcased here is a strawberry mousse, but we like to play it fast and loose with our mousse flavors.

Come to Chef’s House three nights in a row, and you might enjoy three completely different varieties of mousse!!

Every time the weekend passes us by, we’re left dreaming of steak!!🥩😮🏡

And for good reason!! While we’re technically not a steakhouse (Chef’s House is a haven for Chefs and their creativity, not to be stifled by a such a trite designation) we serve A LOT of steak.

As you can see, we’re pretty good at it!!

Throwback to one of the most delicious dishes to ever grace our menu, Braised Beef Short Rib topped with a Lobster Tail🦞🥩🐄😮

We spend considerable time dreaming about this dish, yearning for the day that it’ll return to our menu.

The beef, braised low and slow for 6 hours. SIX HOURS!!!!

The Lobster Tail, poached in Lemon Butter and then finished in the oven.

We NEED to see this come back!!

Pickled Radish and Pineapple Salad, a fan favorite from the summer!!🍍🫜😮

The mixture of the crisp, sweet, radishes with the citrus punch of the pineapple created a flavor profile that was hard to forget.

We prefer our dishes to match the season in which we serve them, and the bright flavors of this salad were perfectly emblematic of our Texas summer!!

A delicious Macaroni Pomodoro🍝🍅😋✨

Sometimes classic dishes are difficult to elevate, but we tackled this one head on.

With creamy crab-infused ricotta, crispy bits of fried garlic, house-made thai chili infused olive oil, and basil straight out of the garden, we think we blew this one out of the water.

It’s not our lengthy opining in instagram captions that matters however. It’s your tastebuds!!

So come try our self-proclaimed delicious Macaroni Pomodoro, and decide whether or not we’re truly waffling or not!!
