Y'all know I love a good cake shooter! 🍓🥧

This one was inspired by a client who loves both strawberry cake and key lime pie, so I combined the two into one delicious dessert.

I made it gluten free so I could taste it myself, and a big thank you to Dessert Bar for saving the day with an amazing gluten free cake when mine didn't turn out the way I wanted.

Sometimes the best creations come from a little creativity and a little community. ❤️

If you're throwing away beet tops, we need to talk!

If you've ever wondered what gets a chef excited at 5am (or least this one), it's gorgeous produce like this.

Sauté them, pesto them, soup them, or fry/bake them into crispy chips. Way too beautiful to waste. We love the simple, natural and beautiful things!
