Saturday, April 11th from 2:30p-4p at booth in the roaster village. Brewing up the incredible Paula 20brix (you may even get to meet Paula herself!)

Sunday, April 12th from 11:45a-1:15p we’ll be at booth #3242 pulling shots of the our incredible Huver Castillo anaerobic washed for some knock out oat milk cortados.

Fresh Ethiopia Banko Gotiti Anaerobic Natural hitting the website! Bursting with intense notes of dried orange peel, hibiscus, Demerara sugar and Hawaiian Punch. Coffee cherry is picked and painstakingly sorted to remove everything but the most ripe cherry before being delivered to the Banko Gotiti washing station. There, cherry is fermented in pressurized anearobic tanks for 7-10 days under closely monitored conditions to ensure ideal temperature and sugar content before being dried on raised beds. 🍇🫐 🍓 Enrique Abad - our first ever offering from Ecuador this anaerobic washed process microlot uses a Bourbon variety coffee packs a lot of punch. Jammy, cooked strawberry, vanilla and caramel.

🌹🪻🍉 Huver Castillo - Colombia. An incredible coffee that is quickly approaching one of our favorite offerings to date. Intense florals like rose and lavender paired with a soft guava like sweetness. Farmer Huver Castillo has pioneered new processing methods within an anaerobic washed format that brings forth new and exciting flavors to coffee.

🍫🍁🍒 Patricia Benitez - Colombia. Selected specifically for a medium roast to develop the browning sugar notes and maraschino cherry flavor. Farmer Patricia Benitez has come full circle by inheriting the farm she worked with her father throughout her life, to now supporting a family of her own with her husband Alex. This people-pleaser coffee pairs well with an early morning or weekend with company.

Honduras Montecillos COMSA - notes of watermelon candy, chocolate and baking spice. Produced by Café Orgánico Marcala Sociedad Anónima (COMSA) cooperative which supports 1,200+ farmers in the rural community of Marcala. COMSA has been able to create community social programs, provide farmers with the resources to transition to organic farming practices as well as fund a school for cooperative members, of which 90% of students are under scholarships to continue their education. Ethiopias are starting to trickle in - we’ve got some exciting things on the horizon, not least of which is this fresh Yirgacheffe Idido that just hit the website. A classic profile that fills us with nostalgia from first starting in coffee. Big black tea notes on the front settling into a soft yet bright stone fruit in the middle. Burnt sugar notes finish out each sip leaving a lingering and toasty sweetness.
