One of our favorite coffees is officially back in rotation.

This vibrant micro-lot from Sigri Estate in Papua New Guinea is sourced through Benchmark Coffee Traders, led by Vikram Patel and his family. Through their innovative “Kula” process, every coffee undergoes meticulous hand sorting, washing, and drying to dramatically improve quality and consistency. The result is some of the cleanest and most expressive PNG coffees being produced today.

Bright, layered, and a little wild with notes of pomegranate, sweet tamarind, rose water, pink lemonade, and almond. We’re incredibly excited to have this one back on our shelves.

is down in Honduras visiting our farming partners, and moments like these are such an important reminder of what coffee is really about.

Beyond the harvests and roasting, it’s the relationships that matter most. Being able to reconnect, catch up on life, share meals, and walk the farms together is something we never take for granted.

And somehow, the views never get old either. We’re incredibly grateful to continue building these relationships year after year and excited to bring this season’s coffees back home to share with all of you.

Sweet, bright, and super balanced with notes of apple, maple candy, coconut, and mint chocolate. It’s the kind of cup that keeps getting better and one we’ve genuinely been excited to brew every morning.

Brewed on pour over for this one, and it really shines ✨

Our goal as a company is to help you brew great tasting coffee at home. To that end, we try to give as much helpful tips and information as possible, but we understand that sometimes, you might need a bit more. That’s why we are excited to announce our first lineup of hands-on classes at our newly remodeled lab. The initial set of classes will focus on pulling shots and espresso & milk beverages. Each class will have limited space, so be sure to signup early.

Hosted by our good friend, Collin Bag. Collin is the founder and owner of .crack.coffee , the largest specialty coffee educating company in the United States. A regular teacher at Specialty Coffee events, Collin is a certified coffee Q-Grader, and SCA Barista Competition coach and judge. He is also an officially authorized Specialty Coffee Association trainer, not to mention an incredibly talented musician and one of the nicest people you will meet!

Our Commitment To A Greener Future 🌳🌎

As a B Corp certified business, our goal is to operate as sustainably as possible. From our partnership with sustainably-committed coffee farmers to recycling packaging to composting practices—we are committed to working in ways that ensure a brighter, greener future. Below are just a few of those efforts.

Earth Day is a reminder that meaningful change can happen through small actions. Whether it’s composting coffee grounds, recycling packaging, or rethinking how materials are used, we are all a part of supporting a greener future.

A regular part of our daily routine, recycling and composting keep everything from coffee chaff to cardboard out of landfills. Here are our numbers from last year.

Recycling—48 yards of reused material & mixed recycling kept out of landfills.

Composting—we composted a total of 40,344 lbs of material, equivalent to avoiding 40,022 miles of driving. From a greenhouse gas perspective, this is comparable to growing 266 urban tree seedlings and offsetting approximately 1,815 gallons of gas.
