Looking back to early 2013, walking into a very raw space that needed a whole lotta love. We started this with the help of our friends and regulars of Josh Miles. We had nothing but a dream and the passion to make it happen. Countless hours spent planning, measuring, dreaming, taping out different layouts. Bottles of champagne consumed over spreadsheets, wine lists, Ritz Carlton training manuals, and menu testing. Interviews upon interviews Joe Bean Roasters searching for the right people and days of training together in what is now the Hanlon Architects space. Assembling an actual dream team of people. We put everything we had into this space and to see it come alive on June 14th, 2013 was nothing short of magical.
